Since I've been making these videos on embroidery stitches, I decided it was silly to hang onto them for a month when those of you who don't stitch already could get going.

So, new stitchers, let's get you started with a really basic embroidery stitch. If you know nothing else, know this one. You'll outline many an embroidery pattern with it, and I also find it creates a great texture if you use it to fill in open spaces.
